Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 7, 2026
At ZeroGPT, we take your privacy as seriously as we take AI detection. This policy outlines how we handle your information, our commitment to data security, and why you can trust our engine with your content.
verified_user 1. Data Collection & Usage
Unlike many other platforms, ZeroGPT is designed to be a "low-footprint" service. We do not require you to create an account to use our basic detection tools, meaning we do not collect your name, email, or personal identity for standard scans.
We may collect non-identifiable technical data such as IP addresses (for rate-limiting and security), browser types, and usage patterns to improve our service stability and accuracy.
visibility_off 2. AI Scanning & Zero Retention
The most important question we get is: "What happens to the text I paste?"
Our policy is simple: Zero Retention for Model Training. The text you submit for analysis is processed in real-time by our neural engine. Once the analysis is complete and the results are returned to you, the text is flushed from our active memory.
We do not use your submitted text to "train" our AI models. We believe your intellectual property belongs to you and should remain private.
cookie 3. Cookies & Tracking
We use essential cookies to maintain your session and remember your preferences (such as Dark Mode). We also use high-end analytics (like Google Analytics) to understand how visitors interact with our pages so we can continue to optimize the UI.
You can choose to disable cookies through your browser settings, though some interactive features may not function as expected.
link 4. Third-Party Services
ZeroGPT may link to third-party tools (such as Ninja Humanizer). We do not control the privacy practices of external sites, and we encourage you to review their policies separately when leaving our domain.
contact_support 5. Inquiries & Data Rights
If you have any questions regarding your privacy, data handling, or wish to request data deletion (for API users or registered organizations), please contact our privacy compliance officer.
