Any information accessible through the Site should not be distributed or used in any jurisdiction where such use would violate local laws or regulations. If you choose to access the Site, you are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
Important Disclaimer: We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any detection Output. AI detection is an evolving technology and results may not be 100% accurate. We expressly disclaim any liability arising from actions taken based on the Output — including but not limited to academic, professional, or legal decisions. 2. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights in the Service itself.
4. Prohibited Activities
You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make it available. You may not:
Use the Services to falsely accuse, defame, or take punitive action against any individual based solely on the detection Output without corroborating evidence.
Use the Services to facilitate harassment, discrimination, or targeted harm against any person.

5. User Generated Content
User Submissions: By sending us any question, comment, suggestion, idea, or feedback about the Services ("User Submissions"), you agree to assign to us all intellectual property rights in such Submission. We may use such Submissions for any lawful purpose without acknowledgment or compensation to you.
User Input & Output: You understand that we are not responsible or liable for the content or accuracy of any Output generated from your Input, nor for any decision you make based on such Output.
6. AI Training
By submitting User Input, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, and perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your Input for the purpose of developing, training, and improving our AI models and detection technologies.
User Input will be used solely for enhancing the performance, accuracy, and capabilities of our AI models and services. All data used for AI model training will be anonymized and aggregated where possible to protect your privacy. By using the Services, you expressly consent to this use of your Input as described herein.
7. Monitoring and Enforcement
We reserve the right to:
Remove or refuse to post any User Generated Content at our sole discretion.
Take any action with respect to User Content we deem necessary, including if it violates these Terms, infringes any intellectual property right, or creates liability for us.
Disclose your identity or other information to any third party who claims that material you posted violates their rights.
Take appropriate legal action, including referral to law enforcement, for any illegal or unauthorized use of the Site.
YOU WAIVE AND HOLD US HARMLESS FROM ANY CLAIMS RESULTING FROM ANY ACTION TAKEN BY US DURING OR AS A CONSEQUENCE OF INVESTIGATIONS BY EITHER US OR LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITIES.
8. User Representations and Warranties
You represent and warrant that:
Your User Generated Content does not infringe the copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, privacy, or moral rights of any third party.
You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and are not a minor in your jurisdiction.
You will not access the Site through automated or non-human means, except as permitted by standard browser usage.
You will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and your use will not violate any applicable law or regulation.
You will not use the Output to falsely accuse any individual of academic dishonesty, fraud, or any other misconduct without independent corroborating evidence.
9. User Registration
To access certain Services, you may be required to register and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must treat your credentials (username, password) as confidential and must not share them with any other person. Your account is personal to you. We reserve the right to disable your account without refund if we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated this provision.
10. Purchases and Payment
Any part of our Services requiring a purchase will be processed through a third-party payment processor. Their terms and policies govern the handling of your payment information.
Refund Policy: All purchases are non-refundable. There are no exceptions, prorations, or guarantees. You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting hello@zerogpt.tech. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
We reserve the right to refuse any order, limit quantities, or change pricing with 30 days' notice.

WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY WARRANTY THAT THE AI DETECTION RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, OR FIT FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, INCLUDING ACADEMIC, PROFESSIONAL, OR LEGAL USE.
IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR TEAM MEMBERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR REPUTATIONAL HARM — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR THE DETECTION OUTPUT, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU, FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER, WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE LESSER OF THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CAUSE OF ACTION, OR $100.00 USD.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including all of our team members, agents, and partners, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand — including reasonable attorneys' fees — arising out of: (1) your User Generated Content; (2) your use of the Site; (3) any breach of these Terms or your representations and warranties herein; (4) your violation of the rights of any third party, including intellectual property and privacy rights; or (5) any action you take based on the detection Output.
16. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising therefrom shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws and the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate. Any disputes shall be resolved in good faith through negotiation or, where required, through appropriate legal channels in your jurisdiction.
17. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, the Parties agree to first attempt resolution through informal negotiation for a period of thirty (30) days. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally recognized commercial arbitration rules.
The following disputes are not subject to arbitration: (a) disputes seeking to enforce intellectual property rights; (b) disputes involving theft, piracy, or unauthorized use; and (c) claims for injunctive relief.
No dispute may be commenced more than one (1) year after the cause of action arose.
18. Miscellaneous
Electronic Signatures: Accessing the Site or completing online forms constitutes your electronic agreement to these Terms, which satisfies any legal writing requirement.
Entire Agreement: These Terms (including the Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

AI Detection Limitation Notice: The Output produced by our Services is probabilistic in nature and should never be used as the sole basis for consequential decisions, disciplinary actions, or legal proceedings against any individual.

We take copyright infringement seriously and will respond to valid notices of alleged infringement. If you believe any material on the Site infringes your copyright, please submit a written notification containing:
